Fitness evaluation involves gathering your health history information, exercise goals, exercise history and a fitness assessment of your current strengths including the following; testing your cardiovascular condition, muscle strength, muscle endurance and flexibility. $50 Private training - includes warm up, strength training, flexibility and cardiovascular training that will be structured to your specific goals and needs. For clients new to exercise, a phase of basic strength training will be utilized to better prepare the body for more physical demands. $50 per session monthly packages only Semi Private is for the person that needs a little more accountability, bring a friend, spouse or neighbor and get that extra push you need to make exercise of part of your life $10 less per person per session BOTH parties have to be present Small group training (3-4 participants) - Get a group of friends together that would like to strength train for an inexpensive personal training option. $25 per person per session sold as 8 week packages 2x week 30/30 Workout - Can?t fit an hour into your day for a workout; come in for the 30/30. Get your workout done at lunch and still have time to clean up and eat. $30 per session packages of 16, 20 & 24 at least 2x week. Take it to the gym or home workouts - Does your current routine bore you or you need a new challenge? 2 workouts $50 Get Fit "Boot" Camp workouts using your own body weight with minimal equipment. $125-13 sessions
