They did my business and personal taxes for 3 years and the IRS just levied my whole bank account for over $8000. Not even leaving me enough money to pay my rent that is due in a week. This place told me they would 'fix' the problem with an amendment and abatement and told me this for 4 months without doing anything. They don't know what they are doing and are charging an arm and a leg for guessing on how to be professionals.

THE WORST PLACE TO GO !

I will never more have my taxes done at the Income Tax Plus !

I did it for two years in the past and now I have had several problems with the I.R.S. and now I have to spend ( or waste ), even more money to clear up my situation before the Federal Government.

Their employees, who are most illegals immigrants, are not able to explain the process and the taxes issues.

So it led me to all of my troubles, that I have had hard times to fix them all !

Now I know that in most GOVERNMENT OFFICES and churches, EVERYBODY CAN HAVE THE TAXES DONE FOR FREE !

So why in the world should we pay for these services ?
