Exceptional workmanship! I needed a customized door for my place. Being quite particular about the exterior look of my home, I wasnt exactly happy with the current door installed and called Framingham Locksmith Store for recommendations. Im completely in awe of Framingham Locksmith Store! When I needed a locksmith to fix the door lock, there werent many willing to take up the job maybe because it paid less, and they had better, more lucrative jobs to take up. However,admire the fact that they dont consider any job beneath them, and are always ready to help customers in need. 24 hour services are a lifesaver!!! Especially, the one from Framingham Locksmith Store. After getting home from work, I realized my keys were no longer in my pockets. I wish Id snuck in a spare under the rug or something. Anyway, Framingham Locksmith Store was the only firm that responded to my call and was extremely compassionate. James got there within a few minutes, and got a new key made. I asked him for another spare that I could hide outside my home, but James was against it! He told me that in a majority of burglaries, thieves got in using the spares. Well, thats something I didnt know! Thanks James for helping me out in a crisis and thanks for the great piece of advice! Oh my god, these guys are great. I've lived in Framingham, MA for 11 years and have had some horrendous experiences with locksmiths. These guys are totally professional and truly good people. It's a flat rate, Yader showed up perfectly on time and changing the lock took him 2 seconds. I'd highly highly recommend this Locksmith service. Don't pay any attention to any of these reviews. They are all glowing, and none of them quite captures just how amazing the service was from this locksmith. Ben is the f'ing man. I live in Framingham, MA , he drove to me within 30 minutes of calling at 11pm on a Wednesday night. It took him 7 minutes flat to get my bathroom door open that I locked myself out of. Framingham Locksmith Store Super helpful. I locked myself out while doing laundry, checked their website and i called,friendly smith was there within 10 minutes. He got the lock undone in about 8 minutes, had a quick form ready, and was off. Put their phone number in your cell. they are avilable 24 hours 7 days a week.

I would, and have, recommend Framingham Locksmith Store to anyone looking for a locksmith. Shon come the day after my inquiry to change our lock. He was very knowledgeable, giving us an overview on what the existing lock was like, etc. He even recommended a cheaper service that what I initially called him for after looking at our lock. Service was very quick, and he left everything clean and tidied up. Didn't rush us through or seem hurried, chatted with us throughout the entire install, even recommending a couple of great pizza spots in our neighborhood. Edwardo was fantastic. He was courteous, skilled and professional. He confirmed our appointment ahead of time, arrived on time, did the job quickly and well. We especially liked that he emailed us a receipt immediately. Edwardo also gave us valuable advice on fixing our old broken doorknob (which wasn't included in the job). He quoted us a fair price and stuck to it. He even offered to clean up some loose paint before he left, unheard of in this city! Our previous experience with locksmiths was not so good, but Edwardo gives this business a good image. We will definitely call Framingham Locksmith Store again for your locksmith needs. Framingham Locksmith Store has a 5-star rating for a reason. I called them this morning to rekey two doors in my house, and they were able to send a locksmith within the hour. The person answering the phone was very polite and helpful, and it was very easy to set up my appointment and get my questions answered. John was the locksmith that arrived, and he was polite, knowledgable, and worked very quickly and efficiently. Seriously, this was absolutely a five-star experience. I'm really glad that these are the folks i called.
