What happened to BOSE Corporation Customer Service? Who cares?

PART I: I have had two BOSE Systems and have truly LOVED the sound quality ever since first turning it on. Last year I found out about the trade-in deal since my original unit had issues with the remote and the CD player was not working properly. So I took advantage of trading in. I still love the unit; however, I am disappointed that the buttons were removed from the top and I have one less alarm where my original had dual alarms and buttons. It's been more than a year and I still find it difficult to adjust to only one alarm and using the remote! I don't like the remote at all. And I also have to use my iPhone4 for setting the second alarm. I'm disappointed that two of the features I loved and used MOST have been removed. I'd like to know when BOSE plans to bring back the buttons and dual alarms. I'm just not very happy. I actually contacted BOSE three different times to share my disappointment and no one has ever responded which leads me to think that Customer Service has been disrupted as well. BOSE, what's going on?

PART II: Okay so I just called BOSE Corporation regarding my concerns (above) and first spoke with their receptionist who was short and impatient. She forwarded me to someone named "PETER". When I asked "Peter" who he was and what he does, "Peter" basically said "Mam, what can I help you with?" When I asked about why the buttons and dual alarms were removed from the BOSE WAVE his response was "marketing analysis indicated few customers use it" and the buttons on top he said "they were discontinued in 2005 and they won't be brought back". No explanation ~ no reasoning ~ no NOTHING! What I do know is that these two representatives of BOSE Corporation would be on the street if they spoke to one of our customers with their attitudes! They would not be allowed anywhere near our team! What happened BOSE?
