I bought a vehicle from this AutoMax location last week& the overall sales process was relaxed and smooth; their approach of no-haggle pricing makes for a stress free experience and at no point did I feel pressured. I worked with Jeff, who was sweet and patient.

My experience purchasing a car was great. From the moment I called in to ask about buying a car to being on the grounds and at the desk to purchase. JEff was very helpful in helping me decide what I was looking for by sharing different options. When I finally decided Jeff guided me through the process to getting approval to purchasing the car, the insurance. I was very well taken care of and would recommend .

Went here to purchase a car. The Product Specialist, Jefferson, was assigned to us. Very patient and attentive although we almost reached his limit by trying three cars before we reached our decision. During all this, there is a great wating area with a fireplace. No pressure whatsoever and the experience is pleasing.

We loved the deal they made for us and not to mention great customer service. If you need to trade or just buy a new car make sure to come here and ask for Jefferson he's awesome! Very helpful and pays attention to what it is exactly that you want and will work on making the customer happy, very pleased with our sales guy

Luiz Martinez was our sales rep. Very professional, courteous and quite sociable. Being a very difficult customer when it comes to buying a car, Luiz put me in a comfortable position. Deciding on the purchase was easy. I told him what I needed for my trade. He came back with an offer I couldn't refuse. Very pleasant experience.

What a piece of garbage dealer, Daniel and David The so called Managers and the chicken salesman Gustavo Lima, first smile at you and treat you nice until you signed . there is no negotiations at all and immediately change their attitude to the agresive mode so you can sign and get out of their dealership . They delivered my vehicle and they hit the side door and when I called to complain, they acted all nasty and told me I did it, and didn't respond to my calls and came up with a BS story. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anybody. STAY AWAY!! . unless you're ready for headaches. I'm reporting them to BBB Better Business Bureau of Massachusetts. Be Aware of this wannabe salesmen and dealership.

This place is awful I got a car before it was certified an 2 months later the problems with car is still not fixed. An this is after calling them every single week. Sometimes a few times a day an get no where. I feel like just because I am a younger car buyer they feel they can walk all over me. This place isn't worth it.

Very fast and easy process. From when I walked in the door to when I left, I spent about 4 hours and drove away pleased that I got the best price for the best available car in New England. Will visit again, will buy again.

First one, exciting!! So my boyfriend and I happened upon AutoMax after finding a car we were interested in on http://Cars.com. We had our preconcieved notions about used car dealerships and were not expecting to be impressed by this place, but they changed all that. First off we were very impressed by their selection of late model preowned cars. Tons of Acuras, Infinitis, Audi, Volvos, BMWs, etc. We were very surprised by their selection. While originally intending to look at a Acura TSX they had advertised, we happened upon a beautiful 6spd Acura TL. We had not seen a manual in this model anywhere (thought we had been to 3 different Acura dealerships) and had thought that this car was far from our price range. Regardless, we asked about it and were happily surprised to find that they had it priced within our range. They do have a no haggle policy, but the price they were asking was very fair for the model and condition of the car. I found it quite a relaxing experience to not have to haggle price. We negotiated a deal for some new tires and went forward with the purchase. They took care of everything and did not hesitate to help us with any concerns we had. We've had our new car for a week now and absolutely love her!! After doing research online, we know we got a fantastic deal too!!
