I have needed information in the past, and I had a Great experience with the Reference Desk Manager. He was very polite, and the information I needed was found fast. However the Desk clerks need to be more courtious, and I would like to see better treatment of the Library patrons.I go elsewhere for my Library services and would like to experience better service in my own hometown. So Thank you goes to the Reference Desk.
