I agree with Mike D. Alchin's is the most dependable service in this area. They've never missed a pickup, always been kind and helpful whenever I've called with a question, and their rates are the lowest in Livingston County!

Horrible!!!! Customer service!!!!!!! I agree with Mary.....I don't owe them one dime and refused to service me after I offered to pay for a entire year of service.... And yes they hung up on me also and keeping me on hold for over a hour just to hang up.....wow .....

I cancelled my service because the office lady who took my phone call hung up on me. Each week we set out three garbage cans and the Alchins one. The garbage men took all my cans each week since I signed up. Twice they only took one can. I called to find out why and the lady kept going in circle telling me I was mixing up the plans. She hung up the phone. I called back and talked with the manager and was told that the garbage men took my garbage by mistake and I had to pay extra for three cans. I did not sign up for this plan. I am paying the same amount at Duncan and they will take all three of my cans. Alchins is expensive, rude, and horrible customer service. Duncan recycles Alchins does not and that cost extra too. If you want to waste your money stay with Alchins.

I've never had any problems with Alchin's services. I'm very happy with them and they saved me a TON of money I was pumping into Mr. Rubbish. Now that we are retired, I can't come close to affording a service like Mr. Rubbish and I'm delighted there is someone who offers fantastic prices and dependable service.

This company has the rudest office help around. Always very rude when calling or making a payment. Never friendly when you go into the office. The gentleman that picks up at my house is ALWAYS friendly to bad he don't rub off on the office women. Very disappointed in this business.
