We visited Jerome’s in Fountain Valley today and as soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a kind and charming associate named Ed. He was so patient with my family, not pushy at all, and showed us everything that would be of interest to us in the showroom. He genuinely treated us like we were part of his family and he wanted the best for us. Thanks for a great experience, Ed, we will be back and refer our friends and family to you!

Petra was wonderful she was very knowledgeable and helped us choose what was right for our living room. Will recommend this store to family and friends!

I have been looking for couches for at least 6 months and finally found the ones I love. In addition to finding the perfect sofa and love seat (and rug!) the service at Jerome's really sold me on the place, especially the salesperson Melissa who helped me find the "perfect rug" to match my sofas and house.
