I buy a 2008 Elantra after the sale I notice that the car was loosing power going up hills and some times when you go in strait roads after bringing the car three times to the dealer and the dealer saying that could not duplicate the problem I offer my self for a test drive.
after driving the car with the service manager finally he notice what I was talking about.
At that time he say that the problem was related to a software in the main computer and that was noting they could do to continue driving the car and that I got 100 k miles on the warranty as you can understand when you buy a car you expected that is going to have problems but those problems will get address and get fix after that I contacted Hyundai corporation hoping that they were going to step up and fix the problem receiving the same type of respond I when all the way to the BBB and even I did every thing that they toll me to do they dint give me any creativity declining my request to get that car under the lemon law.
I thing is enough of letting big corporations to get away with making defective products and make us the consumers still pay for .
What is worse they lie to me there is not such software that is suppose to fix the problem
And for four month they make me believe in that for the same reason I ask you that if you have the same problem come forward and make a complain also if you thinking in buying a Hyundai don’t buy it they will not stand back on there product and will make it impossible to get your problem resolve they only care about selling cars and there customer service is terrible.
