The nice customer asked the subject if he wanted to go in front? Then this subject insisted on standing behind him . Its unknown if his motive and intent was to get gay butt close? In stead of patrolling the shopping center in his golf cart. He has been observed loitering in the Denny's Restaurant on two occasions. The first time it appeared he was flirting with a female employee of Denny's. Then was heard using profanity. This is two acts against public policy. Loitering: Calif. Penal Codes: 647g and 555.2. Then the use of profanity. Calif. Penal Code: 415. Under offensive language. Then on Dec. 3, 2017. He again was observed loitering in the Denny's Restaurant for an hour. This time the guard was staring at a paying customer in a challenging and dueling manner. Calif. Penal Code: 415. He then was heard using very offensive language. He was heard yelling out the word: Ass then something negative followed. He is described as a male Hispanic adult. His name might be: A.K. A. Joshua. Its not clear what his motive & intent is? However; he is suppose to patrol the shopping center. Not sit and loiter in Denny's for an hour. Then use profanity. It should be on camera. I hope the authorities can look into this ?
