I highly recommend them. They always show up for the service call at the time or sometimes before the time that was scheduled. They have always given me good service. I recommend them to my neighbors and family.

I would like to say that I highly recommend Burnette's heating and air. I called them around 9 at night to say that my air was not working. My wife has a lot of health problems and cannot handle the heat. They came right out and fixed the air. They were very professional and know what to look for.

I have been a customer of Burnette's Heating and Air for the past 15 years. They have put in two systems for me. I have always gotten courteous and quick service from their service people and the office staff. If I have a problem that I just want an answer to I have had no problem in calling them and getting a knowledgable response. They have done annual checks on my systems and repairs as well. I have never had any problems with them. In fact I have recommended them to neighbors who have become customers of theirs.

Had them come out to service my AC unit it stopped blowing cold ,the hook up the gauge and tell me it is low ,so he tells me it is normal to loose a pound or two over the years so i tell him to go ahead and top it off ,so he says everything looks good 51/2 pounds later would that not tell him that the unit was empty (he is a certified ac repair man correct ) and that he would recommend looking for a leak ,he says if it leaks out then you have a big problem , so one day later it is empty $295.00 later so i call them to see what it would cost for them to check for a leak which i think he should have did the first time ,he tells me over the phone he can not give me a price to check for a leak it depends on how long it takes so i hang up with him , i call another company and the guy finds the leak just looking at it and he can not believe that the guy did not see it and even put that much Freon in the system with out saying you have a problem . I WOULD NOT USE BURNETTE'S Heating and Air

Our heating unit needed repair work and based on a reference I contacted Burnett. They were unable to come out when I called so I scheduled for a repairman to come out the next day. I was told someone had to be home when the repairman came. I assumed it was so that they could get in the house. I also assumed that they would need payment upon completion of the job and I mentioned that I would be prepared to make the payment before the repairman left the premises. I also notified the office staff that I did not live in the house but my daughter and 2 young children (ages 1 and 4) lived there. The office contacted me when the repairmen was on his way to make sure someone was home. I stated that someone was there. The repairman got to the house and refused to stay because a check/credit card was not there when he arrived. He was told the daughter who lived there was on her way from work with credit card/check and would be there in 10 minutes. He walked off without doing the job and was very rude to our friend who had answered the door. I was well aware the job would have to be paid for at the time the work was done. If this company insists on payment UP FRONT BEFORE THE REPAIR IS COMPLETE it should be made clear to customer. I would have been more than happy to provide a credit card when I set the appointment up if I had been asked. Not only did I waste 2 days while my two young grandchildren had no heat but we were treated like scumbags who had no intention of paying.
