Worse place I have ever been to. Poorly ran, managed and all over just sad.The front desk has always been very helpful and nice. Its sad they have lost the best receptionist Vicki. The only friendly Dr. I met when I used to bring my pets was Dr. Johnson. Dr. Diltz always very rude and never listens and has an over all shitty attitude. Seems to have to be always right. Dr. Hessian could care less for you or your pet. She would rather have you walk out then have to actually show compassion. If i tried to ask her questions or took to much time she would get very nasty towards you and act as if it is an inconvenience that you are even there. If you decline things on the estimate you weren't worth the shit on her shoes. Very sad person, if you hate your career so much then get out and quit making people (employees, clients) miserable just so you can feel better about yourself. You can see it in the techs faces that they hate it there and if you don't agree to the estimates that they will hear it. I feel bad for the employees. Technicians there are way better (better pay and better atmospheres out there), do not be afraid to get out before its to late and you are just as miserable, and a low life as the owner Dr. Deah Hessian.

We have been customers for 8 years. Our dogs love Dr. Hessian and we are very pleased with this practice.

The entire team at this vet clinic works very hard and are always very kind, everyone talks to me and has great eye contact. They carefully listen to why I am there, what's going on with my dogs, and that means the world to me. The Doctors are all excellent, our favorite is Dr. Johnson, who is extremely knowledgeable and she's always very good with my dogs. My male dog, he is a dork, but everyone is always very patient with him.

I took my dog to this clinic because he needed a shot for an ongoing illness he has. I was warned ahead of time that this clinic nickels and dimes it's customers, and boy were they right! Dr. Diltz came in and rattled on and on about this test that we needed and that test. Keep in mind, I had just recently moved from out of state and had all my current records with me that indicated the dog had just recently undergone all these treatments. I couldn't get a word in edge wise with Diltz and she spoke over me the entire time. Finally, I was able to cut her off and told her I was not doing the tests and that she just needed to give the injection that my dog needed. She didn't like that, but had to do what I said. Dr. Diltz lacked basic social skills. She refused to look at my husband while speaking, acting as if he wasn't in the room. I highly recommend not using her as a vet and not going to this clinic. It was a totally rack up and they were extremely pushy.

Great Vet -- wouldn't take my pets to any other vet. These doctors are the best in the Valley, with the best knowledge. Excellent care of all of our dogs. Doctors and staff, excellent.

My family has used this clinic for 6 years, and received nothing but the best in care and kindness. When we had to put our wheaten down, they did so with empathy and helped us with our grief. The doctors are terrific and knowledgable, and the prices are no higher than most of the clinics in AZ--we've checked. The waiting area even has a cute little play area for children. The only thing I dislike about the clinic is an extra loud microphone in the waiting room, used to call for attendants from the clinic area.

Do not take your pet here! Save yourself the headache. They are over-priced and actually don't seem to care much for what their patrons have to say or what is the best interest of the animal. They primarly and almost exclusively only want your money. This is the worst place ever, without question, without doubt, and I say this without reservation! Do not take your pet here!

staff really cares about the pets that come in and treat it like the pet was theirs. They take care of keeping contagious diseases from bein passed. They have an excellent cleaning staff. Everything looks great. The bathroom even surprised me
