I bought 2 keys recently and they were both junk. The buttons on each black key did not work at all. They sent one replacement under warranty at my request and the same problem occurred. I went to an internet competitor to get a key that works. I would send my money elsewhere in the future.

I bought a remote for my van at a very reasonable price. Only after I placed the order, I was informed that the directions to program it would come with the remote.

It arrived promptly but when I read the directions, I was shocked. There were 13 steps which needed 2 people to complete. My friend and I tried for 2 hours without success. I took it to my mechanic thinking it would be a quick fix. It took 2 mechanics, 2 hours to program it. They told me it was the most frustrating project that they had in a very long time. Therefore, I had to pay 2 hours of labor, making my bargain remote, not such a bargain.

When I called them to voice my concerns, they kept asking me, "Why didn't you call us? We would have walked you through it".

I told the woman that it wasn't user error & that would not have helped.

If I had known the sketchy directions to program the remote, I would not have purchased it.
