We enjoy coming to McDonald's and spend alot of money every single time.. which is inevitable because we are a family of five. But this last visit to the fountain colorado location has really changed my mind about the business overall, and then reading the previous reviews it seems as if this problem has been going on for years, well not only did they not give us some of our items from our $50 order but when I called to complain and ask for refund the manager was very very unprofessional and very rude, just wanted to argue, I had all food and would have returned what we received for a refund but after I asked her to stop talking so I can explain, being I am the customer she continued on saying she is not replacing anything that I was being rude, well I will admit I am an upset customer cause we spend alot of money and after waiting 20 minutes for an order that should only take about 5-7 minutes at the most and then getting home and the fries are old and food is missing. And.. rebecca should never argue with a customer, and Rebecca should allow a customer to talk rather than be rude, no matter how the customer is, she should keep her composure. And really she should have given a refund if I was willing to return the food we did get, but she said she wasn't doing anything because I asked her to be quiet so I can talk. And just to have a manager who acts as she does really makes the company look bad, I will be contacting the BBB as well because this is not ok. And ALL media outlets will hear about Rebecca!! Soo sad that after reading all reviews that for years this has been happening and noone has addressed it! I thought McDonald's was better than that
