OK, I'm not one to post reviews too much, but I have to tell you my experience with Superb Builders. They remodeled our kitchen beautifully and within our budget & time frame. Tom was very responsive and great to work with and all of the guys were professional and skilled! They transformed an outdated mess of a kitchen to a beautiful site. No hesitations in recommending them.

Great JOB on my kitchen cabinets, and the quickest kitchen remodeling I have ever seen. I got a good deal on our granite counter-tops. They really go with my new cabinets, better than doing cabinet refacing. They completed the job on time, I'm really happy the way the kitchen came out.

An excellent remodeling contractor. Workers are polite and cooperative. They arrived on time, and worked effectively. Finished on time as promised. Very focused on details, which is where my wife and I are usually very fussy. No issues after completion. Every task was skillfully performed. The company owner was always available and was personally present at various stages of the project. Very friendly people to deal with. We highly recommend them to anyone.

We had purchased a house that was quite old and required extensive renovations to upgrade existing structures and to expand the living space. We chose Superb Builders from among 5 contractors, because we were immediately struck by David’s honesty,his can-do spirit, and the very comprehensive yet fairly priced bid that he offered.



David had creative ideas for enhancements throughout the process and was truly invested in our home. He never cut corners and always went above and beyond to deliver great work. The Superb Builders crew –led by their incredible foreman Tony – attended to every detail, were highly professional and courteous, and had a top-notch work ethic, completing every task with the highest level of workmanship.



Superb Builders passed every inspection the first time around and quickly addressed any inspector requests. We are thrilled with the results and recommend David for any size project.

David came over for our initial meeting after we contacted him to see what can he offer me for remodeling our master bathroom.

David had great ideas and he implement them in a design that he made for us.



The greatest thing was that he was able to work out around our budget and this what was the main reason for us to hire him.

The bathroom project went smoothly and we had no problems with any of his workers that did the actual work.

We hired David and his workers to replace the floor in the second floor. The work ended very fast due to a great workers that came to work at the house.



From the day we signed the documents it took only 7 days till the workers came over and start to work. This because they had to leave the new floor in the garage for at least close to a week (Don't know why)

we remodeled our bathroom by hiring Superb Builders. The salesman that came over, was very professional and nice. he had a great amount of knowledge and we felt that it will be ok to hire them for our house. Also the employees that came over did a great job. They listened to our comments that we had during the work and did what they could to make it happen.



At the end of the project, we got an additional charge which we think was a little bit high but we paid it. Overall we are very happy and we love the results. but we think that the price was a bit high. Other than that, we have no complains or problems.

David and his team of workers removed the old ceramic tiles in the master bathroom and install new stone floor. this included the replacement of the shower walls as well.



The new stone was purchased from one of his vendors and David made sure it will arrived to our house. The demolition of the old floor took 1 day and the installation took additional 3 days.

David Came over to check our windows and to see what can he do in order to replace them. The windows that we wanted to replace were in the living room and we wanted to have windows that looks like a garden window that has a bench inside. David told us that he can do the job but it will require some additional cuttings in the wall. In total we had to replace 3 windows and 2 of them were regular ones with double glass.



When David came over for that, we also asked him to give us estimate for new floor. The new floor that we wanted was engineered floor oak color.

The work began after we made the first payment and signing the documents with him. The work that he did with his workers came out good and completed.

We remodeled our kitchen with this company. David is a great person to work with and open minded. He proved to us that he has a great experience with construction and remodeling. The kitchen that we wanted included oak cabinets and stainless steel appliances (Stove and dishwasher), new paint and counter top.

David provided us with several samples in which we selected the ones we liked and he placed the order. The kitchen was completed after 4 weeks and the results are great. We do recommend this company to anyone that would like to have his kitchen remodeled with less hassle or problems.

David was the person we worked with in our house in regards to our bathroom. what we liked about him was his ideas and simple solutions to some things that we thought we can't do. it took him like 10 minutes to see the bathroom and to tell us what changes can and should we do so it will look better and more functional. During the work, David was here at our house on a daily basis looking and supervising the workers on each one of the steps in the remodeling. He also made sure that all the materials will arrive to the house without any delays so the work will end as fast as it can be. The price that he gave us was very fair price and comparable to the market. we didn't have any hidden charges also. We are happy that we finally found a contractor that show his responsibility and knowledge and work very good.

Jonathan and his crew worked at my house on several things. The main thing they did was the kitchen. My kitchen project was a big project that I wanted for a while. Jonathan was the person that I dealt with and he supervised his people. The kitchen project started from a design that Jonathan did for us and it included new paint, new floor, Small Island, appliances and granite. While Jonathan worked at my house, we mentioned to him about a problem that we had for a while with the gutters and we asked him to check it while he was working at the house on the kitchen. Jonathan looked and noticed that the slope of the gutters is no good and some of them are not connected right. He recommended us to replace them and he gave us a great price for it so we did it too.

We want to thank Jonathan and his team of workers for the great work that they did to my dining room. Jonathan showed us that his work is really a 'perfection' and the job must be without any mistakes or problems. The dining room that we remodeled included new paint, crown molding, wood floor and wood trims.



Jonathan was very responsive to any concern we had during the work and he visited our house several times during the work and made sure it goes according to plan.

Superb Builders also known as the worst contractor ev A A history. Requested company rep “Steve” to evaluate and repair redwood deck. Paid #383 deposit. Deck was found to be beyond repair. 01/22/15 crew of two required most of a day demolishing up deck. O1/23 15 debris hauled way. 01/23/15 signed a continuation contract calling for installation of pavers. Paid an additional deposit for initial site work and purchase of pavers. 02/20/15 spoke by phone with Steve expressing dissatisfaction and asked that my deposit be returned. He agreed less the cost of the demo and haul away. No follow through. Last contact with Superb was with Ben Hunter who was angry, hostile, and belligerent and ended the call by abruptly hanging up. Attempts to communicate by mail have failed. Their “office” is an apartment in Foster City. In short, Superb did what they do best,- take the money and ran. No site work, no plans, materials, referrals, or anything else except scamming.



Lessons learned. I may not fully recover deposits but every state and local consumer protection agency and professional organization will have a file on Steve and whoever Ben Hunter is not to mention Superb Builders. Spend your money on a benderin Paris rather than these guys.
