This place takes advantage of people and don't care to provide customer service... I went and got a tattoo on my ankle at this establishment because a friend told me she got her tattoos there... well the guy first over charged me for the tattoo and I discussed my concern with the coloring he said it would be no problem and if the color faded then he would redo the tattoos coloring... well the color faded..so I called to have him to redo the tattoo and he start avoiding me.. then I set an appointment.. he never showed up.. so I got the manager involved to help to set up the date because I had been put off three times already by this guy...well to know avail the manager was not any help as well matter of fact to this date he has not returned any of my calls...I would suggest you do not go to this tattoo parlor.... I know I will not... ultimately I had to go to another shop, and pay additional charges to have someone to redo the coloring that this shop would not honor....they do not guarantee their work Totally not happy...
