Some of the drivers are just rude. We ordered a cab this morning. He didn't come to our door. He kept asking where we were going and would not open the door to the cab. His loss of a $25 ride.

The driver who was driving the yellow Dodge fan Y627 needs to find another occupation. He endangered som many lives today going down North Tarrant parkway at about 4PM he would cut in front of cars slam on his brakes. He was also trying to side swipe cars he did this to me as well. I had my 2 children in the car and he got so close it scAred them and they were screaming I had to slam on my brakes so he would not hit me. He was doing speeds at about 60 on a 30. I will never hire this company because of that driver and I am posting his picture anywhere I can. He was flipping cars off let and right. To let someone like that drive for you is unacceptable.

Cab driver took us 40 minutes out of our way when we needed to go 12 minutes down the street. We were quoted $33 but it was such a long drive it ended up being $64. We realized what he was doing and called him out because we had phones with map applications on them and he ARGUED with us!! He said he didn't want to "go through all the lights" in the city but we had plotted a course that would have been just fine. It was like he thought we were stupid and wouldn't know that he was trying to make some extra money off of us. We weren't rude to him when we called him out, we were just pointing out where we wanted to go and that we had already made our plan. We were two young women in a hurry and needed this ride! We thought we were going to save time by planning ahead. It got a little scary because at that point it was like we were trapped in the taxi, watching the city disappear into the distance...he had decided to go the long way around...all he had to do was go a ways down the street. Also, we were very hungry, while traveling we hadn't gotten to eat for about 4 hours so we asked for him to take us to In-N-Out Burger because we saw it and he said "Oh no, you don't want to eat there, you'll have to wait! Are you sure you want to eat there? You don't want to eat there...." like he was going to change our minds. He was the one in control. We were getting hangry! If you're going to screw us, man, at least let us eat something. It was awful!!!

I called and the dispatcher was very rude. She said my location was not even a vaild address and started to argue with me I will never use this company in fort worth again

The past 3 times I've used yellow cab, I have had bad experiences. One driver wanted to take his pregnant wife some milk in the middle of my route. Another driver was drunk and kept driving on the wrong side of the road and on top of curves. The last time, I was told they couldn't find my address, but they would force it, then instead of it taking 15 minutes like they said, I had to call back several times and finally they had someone come an hour and 10 minutes later. When I asked for some sort of discount, I was told you all don't do that. I missed the train, had to end up paying $62.00, and was late for work. I am HIGHLY UPSET. What kind of company doesn't try to help their customers in any way, when the screw up is on their end? NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THEM.

Sunday my wife, our daughter, and I I called a cab from Homewood Suites on Charlie Ln to go to Hoffbrau Steaks on University, literally a 3 minute, 1.1 mile ride.

Not was the foreign cabbie rude, but he drove like a maniac and missed a street, then cut off an oncoming car and passed it on the right. For a minute their I though he was planning a jihad and taking us with him!

When we got to the steakhouse, the fare was $5.75. He pressed a button and it jumped to $11.75. when I asked for a explanation he said that there was a [email protected] fuel charge and [email protected] for each additional person. When my wife protested he started bitching in broken English how he pays the cab company $75 a day to rent. Like we care!

So we paid but did not tip him. He grumbled something in Arabic and drove off beeping the horn! I have traveled the US, Canada, and Europe never had a cab experience like that. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

DO NOT…. I repeat “DO NOT” use this Taxi Service you will be very upset. The driver was totally lost using two GPS his phone and the car WTF!!! Went the wrong way and of course arrived was 20 minutes late. The driver made my wife paid $60 for what would could have been less the half the price and made it more difficult for her because he was without a doubt incomprehensible.

This is the worst I've ever been treated in my life by a taxi service,"30 min then call back if no taxi"......30 min later no taxi , I called. "No cab has been assigned so it may be 30 min".........30 min later no taxi called back asked to speak to supervisor,your name please,would not tell me his last,but did end up hanging up on me....needless to say I cancelled my plans for the eve do to this crap! What a load, all they had to say was you may need to take a different cab co.

Horrible Company

I was given this number by a branch service, I guess as they failed miserably to help me. I called and asked for a driver. An hour later they never showed up. So I called again and was told to expect a cab in 15-20 minutes. Almost 45 to an hour later no cab. Another lady called a cab service she knows and the guy came in less than 10 minutes. I will never use this company or branch of theirs again and I strongly suggest no one else does.

When I get in a cab, I give the driver a printed copy of my destination every time.

Your cabs use GPS.

I am asked for directions in most cases.

I have not lived in Fort Worth in over twenty years.

Horrible service

I called and requested a cab. The lady promised they'd be there in 15 minutes or less. They nerve showed. After an hour wait and calling them back, they still never showed.

I would not recommend these people. they did not give me my correct change..I called and then they made me feel like it was my fault for not counting it when I got out the car.. geeze.

Hour and forty min wait

Called them at 9:50 for a cab called back an hour later when they didn come after saying theyd be the in 15 minutes. once called. Again they said the would call a cab to come and get us in an extra 15 minutes

Very nice drivers and Clean cabs

This is my first time to this area and I have to say that Yellow Cab has made it very easy and pleasant to get around. I did make the mistake of calling United Cab and won't do that again. Yellow Cab is the better priced, cleaner cabs and nicest drivers. Thank you Yellow Cab!

horrible customer service

They left my brother in law at the bus station & refused to help get him to his destination. The company is very disorganized. The customer service reps where very rude & not helpful. I will never use this company & I will definitely pass my experience on to others.

Horrible call someone else

Called a taxi. 15 minutes later called and was told it was 3 miles away. called 5 minutes later and it was 7minutes out. Called again and they were clueless. Finally, talked to a supervisor and just said they could do nothing but dispatch another cab. Twice he asked me if he wanted me for him to get in his car and come get me(trying to show me that his hands were tied). The second time he offered. I said sure.... if that would work. He didn't respond. I finally got a call from a cab (again not at my house). I told him of my frustrations and he said he just got the call and why was I fussing at him. I apologized but reminded him that I was frustrated with the company he represents and told him that it had been over and hour and I no longer required anything being that the rental car company I was going to go to was now closed. Oh, and in past dealings I've had trouble trying to pay with a card, some say they don't take it and others that the machine is broken (they don't pay taxes, in my opinion). The ad in the yellow pages says th Worst Service Imaginable.

Terrible service

Don't use this service if you plan on having any valuables with you at all. Their lost and found service is awful. I have been calling every day for a week about my lost camera. They haven't even told me whether or not they have been able to get ahold of the cabbie! I keep getting put on hold...and left there. They tell me they will call me back and never do. I even called and asked for a manager. NO ONE was able to produce one. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. At one point the lady actually got back on the phone and said, "Who were you on hold for again?" I could go into greater detail about this but it is just more of the same. It looks like I may have to get their address and physically go up there myself. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB because the treatment I received by these people was so terrible.
