Hello fellow tanners:) Since I have had nothing but a positive and amazing experience here at Exotic Tan I felt it necessary to share my history with this company. I have been an active customer of Xotic for 5+ years and it has been their polished customer service that has kept me. The staff is incredible and highly knowledgeable when it comes to helping you choose a lotion, level of tanning or tanning education. Besides exceptional staff, Xotic Tan offers a highly well kept facility and beds. I rarely to almost never have to wait for a bed when I come to tan (which is always a plus). When asked by others for a recommendation on where to tan I always direct them to Xotic! Don't miss out on a becoming a member with this fantastic company.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I signed up in Dec of 2007. I was given 1,250 credits for my use since they were competing for my business. I have been lazy and haven’t been back until today. When I went in to tan today, I wanted to make sure the credits were still on my account and that I was still making payments with the auto draft. I asked the lady behind the counter (who is the owner) to look it up. She told me I only had 250 credits. I told her that was a mistake and asked her to look at the contract. She said she didn’t have the contracts in order and said the 250 credits was all I was getting. When I got upset with her lack of willingness to help, she told me I wouldn’t be tanning there today or ever and told me she was canceling my contract. I got really upset since I had given her $180.00 total since joining and had never been tanning. I asked her why she was being so rude and she said it was all me and my attitude. She then told me to get out. I said I would when I got the contract copy and she basically said I could stay all day, but she wasn’t looking for it. She then threatened to call the police. I said I would do it for her…and I did. They came, she lied, I still have no contract and now no membership….BUYER BEWARE - they are VERY rude people and she advised me that she is selling the place. I can only assume that she isn’t making any money due to her attitude and the fact that no one was in there…this place make take your money and close their doors.

I am sooooooooooooooooooo sorry that this happened to you! I have recently boght this establishment about 2 years. I also have tanned with the Xotic Tan since 2008 and I remember not feeling comfortable to even request a cretain bed becuase of the 3rd degree I feared getting. Thankfully I own this business and we dont run things this way at all. Come in and see us. We would love to meet you and gain your businnes loyalty back:-)

horrible customer service

This place has horrible customer service. I had purchased a six month unlimited membership and used 5 times, I got orders to go overseas and took them my orders and was told they would put on a year freeze. After my year I went in while I was on leave and asked again to either get my money back or freeze my account again because I had to serve more time due to the reactivation. I was told they would give me a bottle of tanning lotion to use at the salon I was using at where I was stationed. That was not ok with me. I paid over 200 for the membership and expected something more than a 50 bottle of product! I am now back and went in and asked if they would honor the membership and was told that they would give me some of the time back if I purchased another membership! Then as I got upset and told them I would bring in my orders again-being that they said they never got them the first time-I was told the same thing. I walked out unhappy and they got over 200 of my money for no service. I have never had such poor customer service; and to military member who is fighting for their freedom over here in the states, that is just wrong!

I am so very very sorry that you had this horrific expierence. Especially after coming home from serving our country. I can assure you that things are different at Xotic Tan now. I recently bought this salon and have overhauled the staff and retrained them. Please come and check us out again! We would love to work with you and gain your tanning loyalty back!

What a great place! Fantastic customer service, they have something for everyone and made it so easy to find a plan that suited me. I'm getting GREAT results from the beds too!! Love their super beds - great color. If you want a great experience and NICE people - I highly recommend this place.
