a 10pm delivery is unacceptable to me! I know it is Valentines but when my husband ordered the flowers earlier this week he was told they would be here by end of day. Well they got pretty stinking close to that they were 2 hours shy of it being the end of Valentines in general. I am disappointed in what this once loved shop has turned into!

THE PERSON I TALKED WITH WAS SO NICE, SENSITIVE TO OUR LOSS, DID

ARRANGEMENT TO MATCH DECOR OF THE

RECIPIENTS FAMILY HOME BECAUSE SHE HAD BEEN THERE BEFORE! THANKS AMY,

I called one hour from closing and still got them to deliver them. I was out of town and couldn't get it done myself. I should have called earlier but thanks to their kindness I looked like I had it all planned out. I highly recommend Whistle Stop for service with a smile.
