Great company!! We used Westrom Group for our rental property and when we sold our personal home and purchased another. They were very detail oriented and helped us through all the various processes. Jon and all his associates made us feel comfortable and worked for us to get the best possible deals. We will definitely use them in the future!

Best rental experience ever. My wife and I lived in one of their homes almost 5 years and only moved because we bought a home. Always attentive when there was an issue with the home and worked quickly to resolve it.

This is by far the best management company in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, second to none! I initially leased a property from the property owner (not this management company) and it was an utter disaster. The night I moved my family of six into the property, we learned the gas had not only been turned off, but the company took the gas meter as well. It took me two days to get the gas turned on and the homeowner didn’t lift a finger to help us. Then, we had plumbing issues. When I say plumbing issues, the poo flushed back into the house. It didn’t matter what toilet you flushed, it flushed in and not out! It was nasty! The city had to come out two times while we lived there and clean out the main at the street. They finally scoped it and found a piece of rebar in the drain that was causing the problem and fixed it (by tearing up the sidewalk and driveway and replacing it). Then it rained and every window on three sides of the house leaked. We had a lake in our living room! By this point we were only a few months into the lease and the bad blood had developed between the homeowner and myself. I sued him! He sued back by trying to evict a family of 6 one month before Christmas! Enter Jon Westrom with Westrom Group Company. Jon called me to get my side of the story. He was very professional, understanding, and he asked me if I would give him and his company a chance to make it right with my family by remedying all the problems with the property. I agreed. Within a few days, the problems we had were resolved. All parties agreed to dismiss the lawsuits, my family and I enjoyed Christmas and we completed the remaining 7 months of our lease. I just want to say thank you to Jon and the staff at Westrom Group Company for their professionalism, courtesy, and the amazing job they did! Thank You!!!

PS. We even got our security deposit back!

Westrom Group is wonderful. Easy to work with. Quick to follow up on any requests you have with your home. Great staff! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a home to rent.

THE WORST EVER. I have lived in the same house for over 7 years and as soon as this management company took over it has been a complete nightmare. Renee is the rudest person I have every talked to. I hate this management company. They don't fix things they patch them I needed a new refrig and they replaced it with a tiny refrig that was dirty. I have major foundation problem they caulked the separating sheetrock. smh if something happens to myself or my kids I will own westrom

They are very responsive to my requests and they are the best property managers I know. I've been renting and moving a lot since I was not satisfied how other managers treat their tenants. When I rented from Westrom Group, I finally felt at peace. My issues are addressed with great deal of attention and I am more than pleased.

Slum Lords

Never EVER rent from these slum lords. They care about collecting rent on their trashy properties and that is IT. We signed a lease for a pile of garbage. Used up malfunctioning appliances. Dingy walls. Air conditioning and water heater never working properly and the central heat breaking down in 19 degree temps. is not considered an emergency repair? Seriously? They use their own "repairmen" which is basically some sleazy looking man who comes in and tinkers around with the appliances during repeated visits. They say they do parking lot maintenance but it is always trashed here. They focus on the higher renting properties and LIE to the owners about tenants that requested work done. If you are a working family and want a decent home then do not deal with these sleazy people. The owner Jon is a liar and a fraud and brags about his lowdown tactics.

The Westrom Group manages a four-plex property for me while I live out of state. After interviewing a handful of local property management companies, I found Westrom group to be most knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all my concerns being out of state. They are very particular in choosing good paying tenants. It is in their best interest and mine to place good tenants. It makes the property easier to manage and saves me the headaches. Though when issues do occur, they are very professional and immediately fix the problem keeping my tenants happy and keep me from needing to worry.

Rent with them if you love bad neighbors

The screening process is atrocious. They are more interested in filling up the units than finding decent people to live in their homes and duplexes. If you are an owner and would like to watch your property slowly depreciate in value because of people destroying it then pick this company. For example there is a building in Mansfield with a unit just rented out a couple of weeks ago and the blinds are torn up, holes dug in the front yard and garbage all over the parking lot and front sidewalk.
