I only put the high stars so this review will be seen. We have been sitting here for an hour and I'm watching my eggs sit and get cold. 3 tables have walked out. The service is horrible and they just aren't a place I suggest at all!

Visited this Waffle House on 11/22/15 at around 9pm. My family walked in sat in the seats up against the wall b/c the 4 available places to sit were covered with dirty dishes. There was an elderly lady complaining to the waitress at the register about ordering a cup of coffee and never receiving it. The waitress told they had been busy, the elderly lady said they weren't busy when she ordered it. They weren't busy at that moment either. She ended up walking out. We sat and waited, I looked over at my husband and said it was it ridiculous that haven't even greeted us or told us they'll be with us soon..nothing. But 2 of the waitresses did seem to think it was appropriate to complain to each other about the elderly lady and HER bad attitude. Finally one the waitresses said they'll clear off a booth as they can. One of the waitresses started clearing the dishes off and just as she was finishing she picked up a menu off the FLOOR and set back on the table in the holder! FROM THE FLOOR TO THE TABLE!! No wiping it, no replacing it! My husband saw this and asked for a different one and she responded with attitude like he was bothering her. We finally sat down but were never actually served. One waitress was taking care of tables the other (the one who cleared our booth) was doing her best to to do as little as possible. Nobody took our drink order let alone our food order. It was late this was the day of the Parade of Lights and we just came from downtown. Tired and hungry we decided to leave. To my surprise another waitress started helping the customers. I was surprised b/c I didn't even realize she was a waitress since she spent whole time we were there talking to the cook. Great service and food at Applebee's though!
