This company is great as long as you are buying something, but as soon as something they sell you goes bad they will go out of their way to make you feel stupid and not exchange it. I bought a battery that was clearly defective and when I brought it in the day after I bought it, the rep spent a good 10 minutes trying to find out how he could get out of the exchange. I spent $60 with this company as a new customer and all this guy could do is talk to me like i'm stupid and find excuses not to help me even though I clearly proved that the device was defective. Since it's a family owned business I couldn't do anything about it. I have never been treated like this guy treated me, by a company, in my life.
