Provided by YP.comAfter purchasing $70 worth of merchandise I found a coil inoperable, I returned immediately and they confirmed that I had just bought the coil set up, and that it was indeed defective, but refused both rebound or exchange. Spending between 90 and 120 a month I will find a new shop for any future business. I did attempt to phone their head quarters, but no answer or return call. As long as you have no merchandise issues you should be fine, if you do you are on your own!!

Provided by YP.comI've been buying from this location for the last 3 years and have never had an issue with anything they've sold me or the liquids. I've tried liquids from all over the US and these are by far the best I have used. They don't have a strong odor, great flavor and the coils seem to last longer. The customer service has always been great and they have no problem explaining what will work best for your needs without trying to upsell you.
I highly recommend this location to any friends or family that use e-cigs.

Provided by YP.comIm not sure about the rest of the reviews on this page, but this location is great! They seem to have a little bit of everything and are just about on par with internet prices. Not to mention the staff is very knowledgeable about their products. Just glad I finally found a place to buy Telios close to home!

Provided by YP.comI do wish that I had checked this listing prior to making purchases at this location! I have spent over $700.00 at Vaporescence this year (2013) between the liquids and the upgrades to the various vaping apparatuses My most recent (and last) was a digital vapor made in China for $140.00 (including the charger and 2 batteries). Most of the vaping tools are made in China and the American made ones sell for $240 and up. 10 days after my purchase my new vaping tool began doing weird things like turning itself off and upping or lowering the voltage amount when I depressed the button. I took it back within 2 weeks of purchase and the owner pointed to a hand made sign on the counter top that stated that they would no longer give credit or honor any warranty on this product. That sign was not there when I made the purchase and I was one of the first to buy this particular product. I still have my receipt and the vaping tool. I will not make any further purchases from this store. I have stopped handing out their business cards and I ensure that those that ask are told to avoid this business location. I understand that I must rate this business with a star. It should not get any stars but I am rating it as one because I must.

Provided by YP.comVaporescence, you've lost a long-time customer. I noticed that my favorite e-liquid wasn't as flavorful and lacked the throat hit it usually has, so I called the store to see if they had changed their formula. I spoke with the owner who said that the forumla had not changed. I asked what the PG/VG ratio was on the liquid and he refused to tell me, stating that it was "proprietary information." I'm sorry, but if I'm going to put it in my body, I deserve to know what it's made of. He told me that I was probably "vaping too much and had lost my sense of taste as a result." Ridiculous! I've been vaping for 5 years. I'm not a noob. Very condescending and shady. I'll not be back for liquid or supplies. I called Mid Cities Vapor and they told me, right away, that their mix is 70/30. Very helpful and honest. I'll be heading over there shortly.

Provided by YPmobileInitially, I loved this store for their variety of fluids and decent customer service. After a year, however, it has become apparent that they aren't interested in taking care of the customers that keep their lights on. After purchasing the VAMO on 4/23/13, I began having issues with it starting 4/25/13. Initially I thought that it was a bad o-ring, so I replaced it. Unfortunately, it still had a short. I attempted to contact the email given to me by this store 7 times, to no avail. Today, I phoned this location and explained my troubles to the owner, who told me explicitly that, "We aren't set up to work on anything here, that's a good email I gave you." I explained to him that I had yet to receive a response almost 2 weeks after my initial email and was told that its, "not [his] problem." The owner does not care about return customers or anyone else that walks through their doors. They've lost my business, and they overcharge for everything they sell. Go see the folks at mid cities vapour, they CAN work on your vapes (they initially helped me replace my o-ring for free because its a pain) and their fluid only costs $10 a bottle as opposed to $17. What a ripoff. Spend your money elsewhere and be treated properly.

Provided by YP.comI stopped by Vaporescence in FTW off western center and 35W.
The good: There was an older gentleman working with a prospect customer. I felt he was honest, and was not trying to steer him wrong. The prospect customer was looking to cut his chew and smoke habit. I spoke with a younger guy that I enjoy speaking with there. I bought a Kanger 3ml tank from him the 1st time.
The Bad: They tend to accept feedback or ideas such as selling 10ml bottles. "We been open for 2 yrs, I don't see us doing that" Well I hope you guys can stay open for more years to come. Comments like that to this customer just ensured I wont shop there unless I have to.
Now for the ugly: The store has had out of stock issues in the past. No replacement coils for the Kanger I got from them. However once again, I wont attempt to buy from them again unless the need is great. While the options for stores in this area of FTW are small, I work in Dallas, so I can find another spot. Like Vape Lounge in Carrollton, or Euless Vapor, who is about less than half way on my drive towards Dallas.
I did buy my 1st starter kit from them. 2-EgoT Upgrades 650ma 2 clearmiers Wall Charger and usb cord, no case, 30ml bottle of my juice choice. $106.66
