WORST service ever!!! STAY AWAY!!!
No results after the service, hardly ever picking up the phone and very rude when they do.
2 month ago I called a couple of times DURING business hours and since nobody responded I left a message stating that I want to cancel the services. Yet, the agent came to service the property and I told him I already requested the cancellation and asked him to pass this to his supervisor. 2 months later i got a change on my card and when I called I told them I have already requested a cancellation. They said they need a written notice 30 days prior and I told them I left a phone message 2 months prior!!! I did not know about the written notice since nobody bother to return my call!!!
I sent the written request, yet they still sent an agent 2 days later!!!! When I called for a refund they were very rude and refused!!!!
They even charged my card WITHOUT authorization!!!!!

I was given value pest controls number by a friend who has used them for years. I have had them taking care of my home going on 5 years now. I have to say I am very happy with the service and will keep them as long as I an in the area. I have had the same guy coming out every two months and he is very nice and always on time. I have had zero problems since I started with them. I am paying way less now and they have never raised my price in all the years I have had them.

I'm so glad I switched to Value Pest Control. Value Pest Control comes out more times a year then the other companies I called and they charge WAY LESS. Value Pest Control. They always call before they come out and always make it within the two hour window that they promise. I'm very glad I switched to Value Pest Control.

Just had my first service and was great way better job and way less money than my last service! use them for sure

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Had this company come out and was told it would take 6-12 months to get rid of a severe pest problem in a house i recently moved into. The owner was extremely rude, and doesn't know anything about pest control. After speaking to a real professional, I realized Value Pest Control doesn't know how to get rid of bugs but they do know how to rip a person off. Value pest control lied about the problem I was having just so he could milk me for money. I had a REAL PROFESSIONAL PEST CONTROL COMPANY come out and my pest problem was eliminated within a week. When Value pest control found out I had a REAL PROFESSIONAL come out and totally take care of the problem I was having, the owner called me up and cussed me, insulted me, and threw a childish fit. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!

Absolute, disgustingly terrible company and service. They don't show up when they say they will, and will not allow you to reschedule. And I don t know what they use, but it doesn't work. In 8 years at my home, I've never had a real insect problem with other companies. Now their are spiders and roaches all over the house and so many ant beds in the yard I don t want to let my kids outside. And don t even think about trying to get out of the contract, because they will threaten to send you to collections before you finish a sentence.

I had bugs for the first time in 15 years. I called another company...no problems for six months. Then more bugs and I did a one year service with Value.



The problem grew worse and worse--all the while they did their obligatory spraying. After near infestation the manager suggested that I look for nests. I found two--not where he said to look--and have tried to treat the problem myself. The problem is worse today than when they were hired.



Unprofessional service--their tech sprayed brown roach bait up and down my painted garage walls.



They may be ok for small problems but appear lost when dealing with a real problem.



Management will not listen, only talk, and refused to let a nine-month upset customer out of the one-year agreement.

Used them for years. Always professional and on time. Owner Paul is very nice.Whatever they use works great.

Excellent service. Technicians are very nice and do a great job. Owner seems to be a honest and nice guy, was willing to let me skip payment for one service when I lost my job.
