I had fantastic service at Vacuum Depot. They fixed my Dyson stick and also helped me find the perfect standup vacuum for my home. I was extreme impressed with the knowledge, professional service and friendly associates. Even though it’s 30 minutes from my home, I’m a life long customer!!!

I don't see my previous review that I posted on here. Someone must have deleted it or something. I had brought my really old Bissell Big Green machine in because it had a loose wire. I later came back with being told that the motor burned up. I took it home and opened it up and sure enough, I saw the loose wire. Today, I took my vacuum to Evans on Camp Bowie, and showed Crystal the loose wire and told her my story, she fixed it in 5 minutes!!!! I was so happy. My vacuum worked!! I will definitely be taking my service to Evans!!!! Goodbye Vacuum Depot, hello Evans!!!!

Used to visit this shop at least once a month with my grandmother when I was a kid, and am so glad it's still there after all these years. They really do know their vacuums and will do their best to help you find the very best vacuum for your particular needs. We have ours serviced there often and couldn't be pleased enough with the work that they do. Five stars!

Very pleased with the repair on my steam cleaner. Yes it can take them a few days to get parts in and do the work but it is not unreasonable. They do great work.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! They were the only Hoover service center in 40 miles of my house. We took our carpet cleaner over there and no one was there even though the message on their answering machine said they were open and the "open" sign was on. We returned the next day and dropped off the machine and two weeks later we hadn't heard a word from them so I called. I was told it takes Hoover 4-6 weeks to send the parts and the check for him to fix it, then he reassured me if I were paying cash he could have it done in "a couple of days". It has now been six and a half weeks. I still haven't heard from them and their name has been taken off of Hoovers website. I called them and no answer but a machine picked up and said, "Memory full. Enter access code." I don't have my machine back yet, I can't get a hold of them. I am angry and wouldn't allow any of my friends or family to do business with them ever!

Sorry for your issue. Because you brought it in for warranty work we have to go through hoovers channels. In order for us to get paid we have to file paper work and then they have too physically send us what ever part it needs. Are Hands are kinda of tied on this we always inform people of the long wait for warranty repair. As far as the open sign being on and know one here it's quite common for people not to see that you have too push the door to come in. Many people try to pull it we normally hear this and help the customer in. Sorry for your inconvenience . We are here Monday thru Friday. 9 to 6 and Saturday 10 to 5 these are the best times to call.

Consumer beware. Was on the listing of service centers for Hoover. 1st suspicious item was told just because vacuum is under warrantee doesn't mean repair would be free. Picking up paper clips, staples etc that clog the unit is not covered under warrantee service repair. I explained that the sale man shows vacuum sucking up thumb tacos, staples, etc. But that we had spoke to a Hoover rep that walked us through checking for clogs and other issues and none were found. Dropped vacuum off on 12/23/2011 and was told it would be a couple of weeks since it right before Christmas and they would be closed for a week and that Hoover would be closed until after the first week of January. They called and left voice mail that the motherboard needed to be replaced. 2 weeks went by I didn't hear anything called and was told the part was on order and that something was clogging the roller and there would be a $20 charge. Called today and was told they could not fin the vacuum and it's been over 20da
