People are wrong about customer service. They all work hard, with great results. Tami is a great manager and Thia has been doing my nails for years and does a wonderful job. Holly is great with pedicures. They all are great and it is very clean. I'll always keep coming back, Vicki W.

First of all, customer service is so bad. Examples: staff is so unprofessional, they lounge on the pedicure chairs, everybody is on their phones even when they are working, there is a mess everywhere. Used towels just laying on tables, boxes in the front part of the salon. Such a pretty place but so messing.

I asked for a manicure and the whole time I felt so rushed, the guy that did it hurt me and I'm looking at my nails right now and it looks like I did it, but I paid for it. I have been to Hawaiian Nail Salon in Addison. Such an awesome place, half as nice but the service is so marvelous that it makes it up where it truly matters. I tip my girl almost what my service cost, so I guess it's really not my lost that I will never put foot in that place again. I rather make the trip to the Hawaiian Salon.

Tony is the best at pedi's! He takes his time and really focuses on his job...gotta ingrown nail? He can fix it!

My boyfriend and I have been coming to the salon and it has been a great experience each time. We look forward to our schedule allowing us to visit Up Scale more often.

I will always come back to this nail salon because I get the ideal prices and the service is excellent- the staff @ Upscale Spa- Fort Worth was very polite and effective in handling their duties. I recommend Tammy for everyone who wants to enjoy the best of manicure, pedicure, microdermabrasion, and perm make-up.
