CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:30am

During icy weather last month we didn't receive mail for three days. Guess their mantra isn't we deliver through "rain, ice, sleet, or snow" anymore. Customer service stinks and the lack of urgency by the workers is unacceptable. I have a tracked, time-sensitive package that has been sitting in their facility for three days without any movement. Tried to call and no one answered the phone.

Terrible customer service. Driver was too lazy to knock on door. I was home. UPS and FedEx are truly grateful for drivers like this.

Incompetent and rude manager. These clowns lost 3 packages within a month worth over $300. Manager seems upset that I dare enquire why I they could not locate my package . Her attitude is terrible and she is clueless on managing this post office.
