I was looking for a missing package that was lost and I called this place and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. This place needs help to work and answer the phone. They are not the nicest people over the phone.

The postal carriers keep giving me my neighbors mail and I am wondering if they are not giving me mine. This didn't use to happen when we had a regular postman/woman. Please get better with your quality of service. This used to be the best postal location and I am not sure of that anymore.

IT IS NOT THE CUSTOMER'S FAULT WHEN THEY HAVE TO CALL TO LOCATE THEIR PACKAGE THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE DELIVERED 10 DAYS AGO
