Unprofessional work behavior. Train conductor playing train horn music tones to each other past 10pm. There is no need for this behavior. This is a quiet zone after 10pm. You need not to blare horns as the private road that goes from the new toll way to Rogers road are now blocked by your train crossing gates. Stop blaring horns past 10pm to amuse yourselves and annoy others.

Unfair labor practices. They need to treat their employees with respect.
