Very poorly managed. Took my daughter for braces and qualified for care credit. They wanted me to pay them and care credit which would end up being $300/mo for braces. Gave me no other options. I had called weeks before for someone to call me in regards to finances so I wouldn't waste my time taking a day off if I couldn't afford payments. Needless to say they told me the lady was fired and didn't even apologize for no one taking her place to call me back. Front desk never has the same people in there when we go. The lady that did my daughter's cleaning was also complaining about how unorganized the front office was. Would highly recommend you find a better place, because this one couldn't care less about their customers. There was also another woman that had them pull her files on her daughter in order to move to another dentist, I should've known at that point that it was not a good idea to seek out this place.
