So as some of you know we had a huge headache before the wedding with our suits, meaning none of them fit right.. At all.. I don't like talking bad about places at all and I didn't want to do this, but considering the place is refusing to take any blame for any of it ( basically told me that I was wrong the whole time), I don't want anyone else to be stuck in the situation we were. I had a bridesmaid rush to get ready just so she could go pin all 6 of my guys plus Michael because the suits were parachutes. Some even had pins in their pants because those didn't fit either. The shirts were pleated (even though I confirmed non pleated ivory shirts the Tuesday before) they were sweat stained, and awful. The guys had to go to the ware house (day of wedding might I add) and get non pleated shirts and then they were the wrong color and sizes. The manager of the store is now saying that it was the right color (ivory not white) and the employee that was working can't tell white from ivory (he held a white piece of paper to it, but I guess it still doesn't matter) and last but not least the suits were late. So when we dropped the suits off at the store the day after the wedding we talked to them and let me start off by saying the manager wouldn't even wait for us to get there to talk to him so I had to talk on the phone with him for an hour and went back and forth between him and the employee working that day. Finally he said to give him a call back after our honeymoon and he would address it then. And this is when they gave us the news of basically we are wrong they are right and they aren't doing anything. So if anyone has anything coming up for formals don't go to Tuxedo Junction at the hulen mall because they will mess up, they will not help, and they do not care. Basically when I told the manager how upset I was and how I didn't want to hurt their business he said "well that's on you" his exact words. The manager just told me they wouldn't fully refund three of the guys (that he even said the suits/ pants were to big.) so he goes "you want us to refund them even though they still wore them?" UM YA the wedding was the next day?? What did they expect us to do? Kick the guys out for their mistake? Make them go buy a suit that probably wouldn't match? They didn't even give us options to fix these suits. These people are so ridiculous. I found them at a bridal show and I am beyond disappointed I chose them. I'm not even sure if this is all of the problems we had with them, but I do know when I was talking to my photographers they said the wedding the weekend before us had some terrible problems with them as well. So just a heads up for you guys!
