my husband was going out of town and at the last min I needed to have my kitchen sink repaired. When we called them and gave them our information to have the plumber call us back and we still have not heard back.

i.e., A local favorite, or highlEric Bryson is a TRUE class act! I called him on short notice with a leak in my pantry thinking it was a water heater issue after another company mis-diagnosed the problem. Eric and his associate came out and fixed a simple line problem within minutes sparing me from having a wall ripped out and pipes changed due to lack of detail by another contracted plumber. Saving me money and time is always a great thing but knowing I can call a company with INTEGRITY and the grace of GOD behind them is worth more in piece of mind than any amount of money. I highly reccomend TRUE plumbing!!

After True Plumbing gave me a great deal on installing a new hot water heater, I immediately knew I would use them to fix a leak with our upstairs bathtub. Thankfully it was an easy fix and took less than 5 minutes to repair. However, I was charged $99 for the service call and I was also charged $20 for gas, even though the company is less than 5 miles from my house! I was VERY disappointed that I paid $125 for a job that took less than 5 minutes and a part that was less than $3! Guess I won't be using this company again!

Excellent! Very satisfied. Quality work, arrived on time, and friendly. Respectful of my home. Gave advice on future work needed. Explained the work once it was completed.

I've used True Plumbing 2 times in the past month for seperate issues at my new home. They have been great to work with and the pricing has been great.

Had them come out to fix a busted pipe this weekend. With the amount of broken pipes this weekend he could of easily done the get in and get out pricing some plumbers do, but the pricing was fair and they also didn't have to knock down my tile in my shower to access the pipe (or go through the outside brick). This repair could of cost me a lot more than it did.
