Ordered 3 performance dresses from this company. First, it said shipping was 3-5 days delivery. Great, since these were needed soon! Order didn't arrive as shipping declared. Upon calling, the "between the lines" truth came out: the 3-5 days was once it was shipped, not from the order. It also became evident that this business is a broker for other businesses, since items do not come from them. Beware the return policy! Very confining, noncustomer friendly...not like the majority of businesses you use elsewhere. When package arrived, there was not any paperwork inside or taped outside...nothing. Therefore, no order number, etc.Their response: All information is emailed, not put in the box. Again, brokered. Bottomline: If you order from this company, don't need it in a rush (see BBB of the area to read another customer's complaint), and just consider it yours since returns are so complicated.
