I took my wife last Saturday to this urgent care, They were so good, fast, it took us only few minutes to filled up papers and being seen by a great doctor. They care for you and take their time for follow up next day. if you have a emergency or weekend, give this office a try.

Fraudulent billing practices! Wouldn’t return my call to address the issue. Required me to pay for an office visit to tell me I was fine! LONG wait time in the waiting room for a scheduled appointment every time!

Nice clean, conveniently located establishment with an overall pleasant and professional staff (I've been seen by 3 of their healthcare providers). The 2 star rating is due to the WAIT (and complete disregard for my time), although I ALWAYS have an appt... Sometimes they don't check my insurance benefits until I'm there (again, although my appts. are scheduled well in advance). For example, today (as I write this post) I'm here for lab results (and benefits were checked in advance). My appt. was for 10:10, was taken back at 11:00; it's 11:47 and still no dr/np yet. Just didn't expect lab results to be TWO HOUR appt...

Very clean with wonderful and courtesy staff. Nurse James Ockuka is a joy. I would recommend to anyone.

This is a great bunch of employees here and it is a Christian business which I really like. I've seen Dr. Saade, Dr. Deepthi, and NP Ochuka which were all very informed and polite and efficient. They have good hours and are flexible. I have had to wait a long time twice but I was a walk-in and they were very busy those days, but they still saw me as soon as possible. I have no insurance and the cash pay rates are reasonable. I feel more confident with a Christian doctor too. I would recommend this clinic to anyone especially if you need to be seen that day and not several days down the road. Julia

Dr. Wand his staff are all very friendly and professional. I have gone to him for years. I wouldn't consider going to another family doctor. He always makes you feel that you are his number priority. He always takes the time to talk with you about any medical issues you are having. He treats his patients with the utmost compassion. I love him and his whole staff.

I have been going to Dr .W @ Total Care, since they've first opened. I love the staff. Very friendly and respectable. Dr .W is so cool, very down to earth, and he actually listens to his patients,unlike some doctors. He has a great bedside manner. I love this place. I would recommend anyone to come visit Dr.W, and his staff @ Total Care. You wont be dissapointed.

I've been seeing Dr W for several months now. I've lost twenty pounds under his care and the complete staff is awesome! From the front desk to the nursing staff. I highly recommend you go here for your medical needs!!!

Eventhough I had an appt, I waited almost an hour to get called back. Even strangers knowing I was only there to get school shots for my kid were trying to figure out what was going on. Then, once I got to the back room, I guess it was open season for rudeness since they didn't have any witnesses. I will never go there again. I will definitely be looking for another Care Facility to take my kids, never mind the convenience.

I have been a patient there since 2001. I have never had a problem. The doctor listens to what I have to say and he takes it from there. I would recommend Total Care to everyone. He has taken care of my family since we moved here to Texas and I would not have anyone else be my primary care physician!!!

Had to wait awhile because of my insurance didnt open up til later they are on a diff coast but still it was in and out. The have an excellent pediatric doctor I am making them my family doctor too. If you are sick and need good affordable care there you go. The take medicaid as secondary insurance and bill you for the rest of what your insurance doesnt pick up. Staff was nice and very clean facility.
