Dom and his guys have been nothing but honest and helpful. I took it to him for brakes and rotors and mentioned I had a bad crank shaft sensor and he recommended I replace it and that he would make sure it wasn't an outrageous cost. When I picked up my car the next day he brought the bad sensor out and explained what was wrong and why I was taking a risk every day when I started my car. Car ran great after the work he did. Now a week later I had a coil pack go bad (which I am familiar with) so I swung by the garage to have him scan it so I could know which cylinder went bad to change it mysel bc I had a spare coil pack, and without even telling me which cylinder it was, he came and asked where the new coil was and replaced it then and there. His guy even topped off my washer fluid "just to get all the lights off of the dash". I am a customer for life due to the level of respect and customer service I have gotten from them. They are even there till 10pm so you can actually talk to someone when you drop it off. I would recommend Dom to anyone, especially fellow VW owners that know how frustrating getting a good foreign car garage can be.

Head gasket problem. After they replaced the gasket many noises developed. Took back several times without satisfaction, they used 1/4 tank of gas without explanation and returned to me on empty. Extremely unsatisfied!!!!

I have been taking my vehicles to Dom Balducci for 22 years. He and his mechanics are the only ones I trust to give me reliable work at a great price. He has been able to repair my new vehicles when some dealer mechanics could not. I recommend Balducci Automotive Service to all my associates.

Great place, great people! No complaints. Honest, good work, and very reasonably priced. Nothing but good experiences. Take my Dodge Caravan there, and my Mercury Sable. Dom Balducci was reccommended to me by a friend who takes her vehicles there. She has both foriegn and domestic cars.

It's the only place I take my cars for repair. Very trust worthy and totally honest. First time I took my wife's explorer, I was told by a major Ford dealership that my car was not safe to drive, needed brakes and front end work. Their estimate to repair was over $1,100. As it turned out, when I took my car to Dom Balducci I shared my experience with him and requested he check my car. According to Dom, I didn't need new brakes (drove an additional 15,000 miles before replacing), required only a minor repair to the front end. My actual bill was under $300. Dom could have taken advantage of me. instead he was honest. A rare trait for the automotive industry. In the years I've done business with Dom, he continues to perform above my expectation. Occassionally, my car may take a little longer to repair. I can live with that knowing I didn't get ripped off. My son actually brings his BMW for major work up from Virginia. He has had similar experiences with BMW in Virginia.

This is a great place to take your car. Unlike many car repair shops they do not try to get you to do more work than is necessary and the staff is always honest. The staff is amazing and will never let you down. I would recommend this place to everyone. Jackie and Steven are easy to talk to and will explain everything in detail to you and why it needs to be done. I have taken my vehicles here for years. I have price checked many times with other mechanics and they have always been right on target or cheaper. They always repair your vehicle right the first time so you have confidence in your repairs. The one time I almost went somewhere else since I broke down far from home the place wanted me to do many unecessary repairs but I had my car towed to Total Car Care and the were straight up and I only had the needed repairs done saving me thousands. Use this mechanic and NEVER be disappoints.

I TOOK MY CAR THERE FOR BRAKE SERVICE,THE BRAKES WHERE NOISEY AND I HAD A SHIMMY WHEN I BRAKED ,TOOK IT BACK 3 TIMES THEN HAD TO GO TO MY HONDA DEALER AND PAY TO HAVE THEM FIXED RIGHT!!!!!

These guys do a great job for reasonable rates. The only issue you might have is they are usually busy. It might take a little longer to complete the work due to how busy they stay. In my opinion, this is worth it to know the job will be done right and for a good price.
