If your tired of drive thru burgers or tacos this is the food you want.

Their horrible service makes their good food a bad experience. The servers are in a "group" wait staff so none of them know what's going on at any certain table. They just assume someone else checked on the customers or refilled beverages etc. This isn't the same atmosphere as years ago. They are just too busy to care anymore. Even the front cashier didn't want to hear our concerns. Pass on this one. Too many cafes and home cooking places in the DFW area that care about their customers.

Dixie House has the best breakfast and lunches around. The price is low, the staff is friendly and the portions are large. The sign reads ���home of the big buns��� and they aren���t lying, the homemade rolls are huge! Try the award winning chicken fried steak and don���t forget to grab a made from scratch dessert to go! We eat there once or twice per week and have never had a single complaint.
