Westover Group was founded in January 2006 by veteran real estate professionals Sam Brous, Mack House and Frank Taylor. Although newly formed, Westover Group was all members of Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell which was co-founded in 1986 by Sam Brous.Westover Group is operated as three separate divisions: Westover Group, to handle brokerage services; Westover Development to handle development, construction and planning and Westover Property Services which performs property management and facility management service.Westover Group is a "one-stop shop" for its clients' commercial real estate needs, providing services the best way, the same way every time.
