I purchased 10 live oaks & their planting service. It cost almost $4K. After the 2nd week, one of the tree die. I came back to The Tree Place again asked them for help. The owner said, they can't help anything and the tree planting service is their sub-contracting which they are not responsible for. They confirmed that they won't guarantee anything. Very bad!

The personnel was very nice and knowledgable about the different types of trees. They even opened my eyes to using organic products for my tree and lawn, I am now converting to that. The installation was flawless, i wasnt there when they did it, but when i came home it was perfect. The stacks were inserted for stability, they laid the mulch, fertilizer and everything, even provided me with a measuring stick to see if my tree needs water or not (That was genius to me, b/c i never knew when to water or not). I will definitely recommend them to anybody and I will go back for all of my organic yard needs.
