I knew I could benefit from professional credit counseling, but I had no idea where to begin. Thankfully, Joe Camacho was able to take great care of me. You see, I’ve known Joe for many years, so for those who are thinking about getting help, once you talk to him for the first time you’ll feel like you’ve known each other for years. He’s a results-driven, true professional, and really cares about serving his client. After my phone consult, I was told what I would need to do, the cost for the services, how long the process would probably take and what to reasonably expect the outcome to be. I found it very reasonably priced, less than I expected, and simple. The process happened just like Joe laid it out and I did as I was told. I did not have to converse or correspond with any of the creditors. At the end of the process my score was raised over 120 points and I could not be happier with the outcome. I’ve never been able to get auto loan interest rates this low in my life, and I also recently qualified for my first $25k credit card. In addition, maintaining my security clearance never has and definitely never will be an issue down the road. I fully recommend him and will tell you if you call someone else you’ll be making a huge mistake.

I contacted the Phenix Group to get some help with my credit. Even though they were not able to help me, Rafael Perez was very kind and very detailed on explaining the reasons. He took the time to listen to my credit issues and provided me with very detailed information about their services and how they would assist me in reaching my credit goals. Brian Quinn has done an amazing job with removing all negative items off all three credit reports, which held me back from buying new car. My wife was a little skeptical during the signup process because she was not sure if i was just throwing my money away with no results, but that all change once Brian Quinn spoke to my wife about the program and my wife was able to see results from the program within the first two months. His professionalism and willingness to explain exactly how the process works was very easy and simple to understand. Great great service by joe Camacho he is excellent at what he does and professional. I am more then 100% satisfied with his service. When we started this process my husband had a credit score of less then 580. Joe explained step by step what we had to do and what he was going to do. He was always available to answer any questions we had. Now my husband has reached almos 700 on his credit report and we are all set to buy a home. I will always recommend joe because he truly cares about his clients. After we reached our score goal he still was looking into my husbands credit to make sure he had the best score possible. I really appreciate this company. Working with Joe was unlike any other working relationship I have had. He is personable, compassionate, and dedicated to getting the best results with his credit repair service. I had some old debt that the collection agencies were not leaving me alone about totaling $12,000. I became unemployed 8 years ago and couldn't pay my bill and when I was able to, the accounts went into collections. My credit had gone up when I paid off my car earlier this year and I was sitting at 695 mid FICO when financing my new car. The dealership told me to clean my credit up and refinance in 6 months.
