My daughter's car broke down in Plano Tx at 1am, her phone had enough life to call me and give me her location. I called Charles, he was able to get to her, loaded the car and my daughter up then got them back to my home safely. I haven't stopped thanking him. He's the best!!!

It was late at night when my car broke down and I called Texstar Towing and Charles was out to get me and my car loaded in a safe manner. He was very professional, courteous and I highly recommend his service!

Charles is the absolute best! After waiting 2 hours for another tow servicw, who never showed, he arrived within 30 minutes of being dispatched. He was extremely professional and treated my vehicle like he would his own making sure it arrived to the dealership without damage.

I would definitely recommend and use Tex Star Towing again.
