Wow! What a horrible experience dealing with The Texas Trailer Man. I feel sorry for his workers. They are great guys as is the secretary, but the owner is a piece of work who has no sense at all about good customer service. I gave him my trailer a month ahead of time and he said that was plenty of time to get it finished. I'm now coming on 5 weeks and the job is still not finished. I was cool about it up until today when Bill the owner basically told me tough, that I'd just have to wait or come pick up my trailer as is right now. What a jerk! Plus, the whole quoting and pricing process felt shady with this guy. Rather than taking responsibility for not having my trailer done on time, all I got was, deal with it or else. I would steer very, very clear of The Texas Trailer Man! Other shops are more expensive, but worth the quality of mind working with honest folks. If you have a limited budget and have to go with The Texas Trailer Man, just do your best to limit any interaction with the owner. You'll have a much, much better customer experience if you never even have to talk to him. He has some quality folks working for him but I'd be surprised if they are there much longer.

Advertises all the services they can provide...when asked about several..not so much. Called several times and took my number not to return call , not to mention holding for over 10 minutes while they waited on inside customers. Could have taken my number and called me back, oh never mind..they don't return calls.

This is the worst trailer buying experience I have ever had. Bill over there lied to me about multiple things and two months later I still do not have my tags yet. I will never do business with them again

Scheduled my utility trailer to have lights repaired and brake battery replaced. When I called four days later to check on status and price the owner seemed like he didn't know anything. Then he couldn't answer the question of completion date or price, which he then followed up with that I could just come get the trailer. He was disrespectful and showed a complete lack of competence and trust. Never will use Texas Trailer Man again.
