I posted a negative review on 7/31, and wanted to provide an update. The owner of the company, David, contacted us and apologized for the delay. An issue with the repair was claimed for the delay, and the damaged table was fixed and returned, along with the money owed for out of pocket cost to repair the freezer, plus some additional cash for the inconvenience. We appreciated their efforts in resolving these issues, and wanted to make note of this in our review.
