I've been sick all night long and I just wanted to find the closest place for help. I had passed this place several times going back and forth to the grocery so I decided to try it. It was a good experience. They took very good care of me.

This place is a hidden gem! My 14 month old woke up from his nap with a 103 fever and was shaking & crying so I knew I needed to do something. We almost went to care now but the wait is always so long and I was concerned they might not be what we needed with his shaking (1st time mom) I didn’t want to go all the way downtown and then I remembered First Choice ER! The wait was less than 15, the facility is very nice and clean, the nurse was amazing with my little guy. Everyone- emt, radiology, the doctor- everyone was so sweet & kept giving me updates instead of just leaving us in there waiting forever to see if we’d get help! Even the checkout lady was nice, Mason got a sticker and she gave us a wellness goodie bag. Definitely rather go here next time than one of those terrible hospitals downtown if at all possible!

I have gone to this location multiple times & they had always tereated me with respect & provides as much inform as they can, I would recommend them to anyone who needs a doctor's care. I am soo happy they also changed to 24 hours!

I recently brought my 1 year old daughter into First Choice ER after she took a spill and her eyebrow met the edge of the coffee table. I was panicked, it was the first time she had ever hurt herself. We got in the car and headed to First Choice ER. The staff got us right into a private room and we were meeting with the doctor and nurse within minutes. They were caring and considerate, and made me feel comfortable. My daughter needed 3 stitches on her eyebrow. Though my daughter wasn't too happy about getting stitches, the nurse brought her a popsicle afterwards and she forgot all about it. They provided fast service, but we didn't feel like we were rushed in any way. I'm happy to say her eye has healed up nicely. I will most definitely recommend First Choice ER for emergency care. They people are extremily nice, I had a bladder infection, I knew I had one and needed antibiotics. they analyised my urine and told me they would send me a bill. I got a bill a month or so later for $700!! after my insurance paid I stilled owed them $500!!! Totally rediculous. They had me fill out a review for them before i got the bill, and i gave them high ratings. But I do not recommend them. I could have gone to the ER at the hospital and paid a co pay of $50 with my insurance card. No reason why this bill should have been $700. Unless you want to pay an ungodly amount. DO NOT GO HERE! They are friendly and helpful, but not worth the rediculous prices!
