the managemet is poor, she is rude, always has a attitude especially towards the hispanics. Her and her maintnance are alway trying to start trouble. They are always demanding things from resident, things that dont concern them like home interior, blinds ect. when they themselfs always charge a pulling weeds form gravel charge twice a year but never get done. and when i brougth it to her attention her reply was it will get done, when it gets done very unproffesional se also complains about cars parked on street and screams at guest and involves them. she says it becouse its a fire lane hazard but persist on saying her maintaince man is only one allowed to park there, if its a hazard it is a hazard it applies to every one! all i can say is look for another trailer park unless you want poor maintnace and management. she also denies the right to a complaint number.
