Got an exam and rx from the doctor inside this Target and ordered 2 boxes of Biofinity Toric contacts from Target optical. Many months later, called in my rx refill to Target Optical BEFORE the expiration date and the lady said they would not refill it and said I had to come in for another exam since it was kind of close to my expiration date... even though the rx had not actually expired! She was nice on the phone but I didn't understand the logic. My question is, if the rx was good for 4 boxes and I only received 2, why would I not be able to purchase my other 2 boxes if the rx had not expired yet? I would completely understand had I ordered the 4 boxes already.



Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere later that day and had absolutely no problem refilling my rx with a competitor since it was not expired.
