I have never written a review on a business but after the many times of visiting this particular location (store #3108) I was finally fed up so I created an account just to write this review. Every time I go here the people are always so rude! The ONLY thing they ever say to me is how much I owe. They don't ever look at me. I pull up, they don't say a word but take my money, then they hand my bag of food out of the window without even acknowledging that I am there and still don't say a single word! I've started sitting there for a second to see if they'll say anything like "hope you enjoy", "thank you" or "have a nice day". NOPE NOT A SINGLE WORD. Just a window closed in my face. The food is good and very convenient to stop at on my way home but because the service is so bad I will NEVER go here again. I would rather go across the street to Taco Bell with not even that great of food then go to this Bueno ever again. This particular Taco Bueno is no bueno on my list!

Worst ever !!! Bad customer service , lazy employes , mest my order up . Beware!! Never coming here again

I am a shift manager at Taco Bueno and as of today I have no respect for this company. We are experiencing deadly weather but I was told that the district manager still wanted the store to be open. I tried my very best to get to work but the bus schedule was crazy and at the bus stop a car spent out of control and almost hit me. After I told my manager that my fingers are turning purple and a car almost hit me on the bus stop they still wanted me to come. I can't look after them I put my family first I am a wife a mother and I'm also carrying my second child 5 months pregnant but they don't care so I don't care about them. I did try but it's dangerous weather for anyone to be in. Taco Bueno is a money hungry company with all do respect.
