Please do not visit this location. I tried to give this location a chance regardless of the reviews, however, the reviews are accurate. The store manager is Christion and he is a horrible store manager with horrible customer service. He does not know how to train his employees and his employees are just as disrespectful and abrasive as him, and they provide incorrect and fraudulent information. The store manager also leaves the store when he pleases to make personal errands and has his employees cover for him. The worst employee is Genesis Barragan. She is rude, hostile and abrasive. She does not greet the customers when they walk in, and will continuously text on the phone while she is assisting you. She will also raise her voice at you when she deems it necessary. At this location, I was given so much incorrect information that I had to go as far as contacting the VP and CEO to have my situation handled. The situation almost escalated into a lawsuit due to the fraudulent information provided and the horrible customer service provided at this location. I would like to note that this store does not reflect the entire T-Mobile Corporation. I have been in contact with the sales director for the DFW region who handled the situation promptly and I had my concerns resolved in 3 days. Again, please heed advice. As long as Christion is the store manager and they continue to have employees like Genesis Barragan this location is destined to fail. Please save yourself the headache I experienced and stay away from this store.
