Provided by YP.comThey ruined my tie by burning three holes in it (and they didn't even clean the spot that I had taken it in for!) I asked for a refund for the full amount of my dry cleaning ($8.35) and they refused. They only offered to refund the cost of cleaning the tie. Now I am out the cost of the cleaning and I lost the tie.
