I have never rented a storage place before, I needed a place to store my stuff as I downsized. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They answered all of my questions and helped me with everything that I needed from boxes, moving supplies and a place to store my car. Storage Works is a clean place and I would recommend it to store your items.

We needed a place to store our RV and boat in Keller, TX. Our friends told us that they had used The Storage Works self-storage on Golden Triangle Rd. for some time and were very happy. Our RV is now parked in a nice, safe, covered spot while we are not traveling. They found a perfect spot to store our boat too and there is even room for me to do a few boat repairs. The Storage Works gets our vote!

I recently relocated to the Keller area and had moved here from California with a Penske truck. Penske told me to drop off the truck at The Storage Works in Keller, of which I did. While I was returning the truck, the managers told me about a special they were running for new renters....I was elated that I could drop off the truck plus, unload my boxes and stuff that I wasn't going to use in my new home. The managers there we so helpful, I rented a 10x20 on the spot. It's an extremely clean property and for me, provided all the security I could expect. The Storage Works made my life so easy and it's only a mile from my new home so I can jump in the car at anytime and pull out boxes. I would recommend The Storage Works in Keller to anyone. P.S. I've been there 6 months now.

The Storage Works on Golden Triangle (1709) in Keller, TX really helped me when I moved last month. I didn't know what size unit I needed and they showed me the various self-storage areas, pointing out the different features. I choose 2 storage units, one indoor and one outside for our boat. The Storage Works impressed me as clean and well-lit, and I liked the computerized entrances. When I mentioned I needed to rent a truck, they suggested the right size and showed me a map of the area so that I could find my new apartment. Happy customer here!

Before I took the truck back, I filled it with diesel. The needle never went all the way to full the whole time I had the truck, even though the fuel was full to the top. The guy charged me $18.60, claiming the tank was only 15/16 full, even though I showed him that the fuel was up to the top of the neck. I was forced to pay even though I had just filled up the truck. I gave him a 20 dollar bill, and he claimed he had no change. Gee, why was I not surprised? Then, he refused to give me a receipt for the cash. That leads me to believe he intends to pocket the cash. He sure can't fill the truck up any more.



So I filed a complaint with Penske, and I'm posting my experience here. Hopefully this warning will keep anyone else from getting ripped off by this dishonest piece of trash.
