Nothing could be further from the truth, I believe. It sounds as tho it was written by a disgruntled employee Satisfaction is the main emphasis for all customers. and nothing short of total satisfaction by all customers is accepted.

Men, ladies, children and babies are all wearing big smiles when they leave and I've never been more satisfied leaving a barbershop!

I scheduled an appt for a haircut and highkights. I was g.quoted a price of 55 dollars for everything. I was so ticked it wasn't funny. This was not my first rodeo with highlights and they treated me like it was. They told me that if I went with short hair that the all the highlights would be cut off. I was offered a haircut by the owner first but the highlighter said no. I showed her pictures of what I wanted. I wanted my ears to be cut our to show my piercings. She told me to tuck my hair behind my ears. Highlights were fine. I got absolutely no highlights in the back but for one foil which she just happened to have left over. She did shape the back. She cut across my forehead in an attempt to cut my bangs. She was done. She never cut the sides. I didn't know what to say. I looked at my husband in shock. I paid the 55 dollars and gave that girl an 8 dollar tip. I don't know why I didn't say or do anything. I hid in the house for 3 days. When Monday rolled around I went to another hairdresser that we normally use. They got my hair perfect to what I wanted and I still have highlights. So I paid for 2 haircuts and 2 tips in the end. Basically when I was there the customers were more like men and little boys who had to have their have cut with a shaver. I was referencing Pink the star. They only knew her hair color and not her haircut. That was my experience. It happened on the day after Thanksgiving and they were not busy at all.
